Warranty Terms and Conditions |

1. Warranty
Coverage: |
|
FibRSol Global
Network Limited warrants that the product purchased directly from FibRSol or
its authorized Partners/resellers will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of
purchase. |
|
2. Warranty Claim
Process: |
|
To make a
warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase (e.g., original
sales receipt or invoice) showing the date of purchase and product details.
The customer should contact FibRSol Customer Support and follow the
instructions provided to initiate the warranty claim process. |
|
3. Exclusions: |
|
This warranty
does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper
installation or maintenance, unauthorized repair or modification, natural
disasters, or any other circumstances beyond FibRSol's control. |
|
Consumable parts
such as batteries adaptors are not covered under this warranty. |
|
Any attempt to
dismantle or repair the product by unauthorized personnel will void the
warranty. |
|
4. Remedies: |
|
If a defect
covered by this warranty is discovered during the warranty period, FibRSol
will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product with a new or
refurbished product, or refund the purchase price of the product. |
|
The replacement
product or parts provided under this warranty may be new or refurbished and
are warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty period. |
|
5. Limitation of
Liability: |
|
To the extent
permitted by law, FibRSol shall not be liable for any incidental,
consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the
use or inability to use the product, even if the Company has been advised of
the possibility of such damages. |
|
6.
Transferability: |
|
This warranty is
non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. |
|
7. Governing Law: |
|
This warranty
shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi,
without regard to its conflicts of law principles. |
|
8. Entire
Agreement: |
|
These terms and
conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect
to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous
agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. |
|
9. Modifications: |
|
FibRSol reserves
the right to modify or amend these warranty terms and conditions at any time
without prior notice. |
|
